  • Conducted primary study on performance and application feasibility for three Vision Inspection Systems: ORBOT PC/20, MVI Genesis 2000, and RI P256, designed and coded the communication link package for the Orbot PC/20 and the IBM PCIXT interface, defect statistical analysis package and generate engineering and production evaluation reports, and participated in the-Rack Distribution Evaluation Test project to determine the causes of undersized holes on PCB's manufactured.

Hybrid Manufacturing Engineering Department

  • Installed, troubleshoot and programmed the CHICAGO and ESI Laser systems used in the Resistor Trimming Process, interfaced HP Instruments with Northern Telecom Electrical Test systems for Passive / Active Circuit Test Analysis, and modified and implemented the LTX Automatic Electrical Test System for testing high Density Surface Mounted products.
